When you use the Contact page enquiry form, we receive the details you type in: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, project type, city and your message. Our server also records your IP address and the submission time for security purposes (spam and abuse prevention).

Enquiry details are used only to respond to your request — preparing quotations, discussing projects and providing customer support. We do not sell enquiry data.

This website does not operate its own analytics or advertising cookies. The following third-party resources load when you browse the site and may set their own cookies under their own policies: Google Fonts (typography) and, on pages showing a map, Google Maps. A small welcome popup (if enabled) remembers dismissal for the current browsing session only, using the browser's session storage — it is cleared when the tab is closed.

The website is hosted on shared hosting and stores enquiries in its own database, visible only to authorised administrators through the password-protected Admin Panel. We do not share enquiry data with third parties except where required to deliver a service you requested (for example, a courier or installation partner) or where required by law.

Enquiries are stored in the website's MySQL database on the hosting server. The Admin Panel is protected by password authentication with hashed passwords, login rate limiting, CSRF protection and file-upload validation. No system is perfectly secure; we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to a brochure website. Database credentials are kept in a server-side configuration file that is never served to browsers.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request and maintain business records.
